At Jerkies, passion and dedication drive everything we do. Founded by Stan Gabriel, Jackson,
Chef Jeff, and Sandy, Jerkies is the realization of their collective vision to bring the authentic
flavors of Jamaica and Haiti to the heart of New Jersey. As a Black-owned business with deep
roots in the community, we’ve made it our mission to offer the best Caribbean food in
Elizabeth, while also being recognized as one of the top takeout restaurants in NJ. From our
mouth-watering jerk chicken, hailed as the best in Newark, to our seafood dishes that make us
one of the top seafood spots in NJ, every meal is crafted with love, care, and authenticity.
